A holistic approach to postpartum.

If  you are going through stress, having challenges with parenthood, experiencing the baby blues, or having pregnancy or postpartum depression/anxiety, our group is for you. Our four-week series is based off a program called The Afterglow and our training with the creator. Topics include coping tools, self-care, exercise, sleep, nutrition, bonding with baby and partner, and much more. You are not alone and with support you will feel better.

Day and Time: Monday at 12:30-2:00pm
Series Dates: June (6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24), July (7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29)

Cost: $75.00 for the 4-week series or included in the Mom University Membership
