Are you looking for a safe and nurturing prenatal yoga practice?

Prenatal yoga classes are sequenced with the expecting mom in mind. Prenatal yoga helps to relieve the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare your body for labor. Group class sizes are small and intimate, held exclusively at Doulas of Las Vegas.

Your first prenatal yoga class is complimentary! Classes are offered in a six week format to give students a high value experience.

I know from experience as a newly pregnant woman that there is an overwhelming amount of choices. Classes, products, services, methods...the list goes on! I hope to make prenatal yoga classes an easy and convenient choice.

It is no lie that, "it takes a village to raise a child". Our prenatal yoga classes are structured in a session format to give students continuity, help develop a consistent yoga practice and the opportunity to form long lasting motherhood friendships.
