Are you looking for a safe and nurturing prenatal yoga practice?

Prenatal yoga classes are sequenced with the expecting mom in mind. Group class sizes are small and intimate, held exclusively at Doulas of Las Vegas. All yoga props are provided. 

Prenatal yoga helps to relieve the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare your body for labor. Class includes meditation, warm-ups, strength building poses, cool down poses, and ends with a relaxation meditation. Learn more about the benefits of  prenatal yoga.

Starting April 2, 2018 classes are offered in a six week session format to give students a high value experience. If your due date is before the end of a session, contact me to get your session prorated. If you have purchased previous class pass or package with me, this does not affect your package.
