Private Yoga Policies
Thank you for your confidence and interest in services with Angela Reis. I hope to provide you valuable information and resources about yoga, pregnancy, childbirth, parenthood and self-care. Purchase Policies
Booking Appointments
Private clients will be booked by instructor via phone call, email, text message or verbal agreement. Client appointments will be inputted into the Schedulicity booking system. Clients will receive confirmation through Schedulicity either via email or text.
Client Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients have up to 24-hours prior to cancel or reschedule session. Failure to cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour will result in a service charge.
Discounts and Refunds
There are no discounts or refunds given for services rendered. Discounts are given at the discretion of the instructor.
Fee Structure
Fee structure varies depending on client needs, number of clients, length of service and location. Prices may change at any time.
Instructor Cancellation
If session is canceled due to instructor illness or any other reason, the client will be notified via phone call or text. Clients will not be charged any fees for instructor cancellation.
Payments
Payment is due the day services are render. Clients may pay through the Scheduclitiy website/app, Venmo, Zelle or cash.
General Policies
Additional Guests
Clients may add one additional guest to their service. Three participants or more will incur an additional fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for communicating clearly regarding scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling. In addition, clients are expected to be ready in a timely manner at the start of each session. Clients are to communicate with the instructor if any posture or movement is causing great discomfort, including physical or emotional distress.
Yoga is a low impact exercise and is generally safe. Clients are to be cleared by their healthcare provider for exercise prior to booking private yoga sessions. Please review the client waiver for more details on client health and responsibilities.
Complaints
We do our best to ensure client satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with services received, we ask that you submit your grievance in writing to Angela Reis at angela@angelareis.com. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns within 7-10 business days.
Late Sessions
Sessions usually start and end on time. Instructor will arrive 5-10 minutes early to set for session. If the client is late to start, session will end at its scheduled time or later at the discretion of the instructor. If the instructor is late, session will be extended for its full duration, session will be rescheduled or client will be discounted for partial session.
Location
Private sessions are done in the comfort of your home, virtually or location of your choice. Space should be free of distractions, available for a wide range of movement, and appropriate for yoga practice. Costs incurred for use of space will be the responsibility of the client.
Yoga Props
Instructor will bring yoga props, including bolsters, blocks, blankets, and strap. In addition, instructor may bring speaker, affirmation cards, essential oils, and other related items. Students are expected to provide their own mat, water, towel. If available, other props in the space, such as wall, chair, couch, etc. may be requested for use during the session.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
