Private Sessions
Nourish your body and mind through a personalized movement practice designed to meet you exactly where you are. Private sessions allow you to move at your own pace, focus on your unique needs, and make consistent progress—whether your goal is strength, flexibility, balance, or overall well-being.
Each session is tailored to your goals and draws from a variety of styles:
Adaptive / Chair Movement for accessibility and ease
Alignment-Based Movement rooted in Hatha, Iyengar, and Anusara yoga principles
Mat Pilates for core strength, stability, and functional movement
Restorative & Yin Practices for deep release and relaxation
Sessions range from strength-building sequences to long-held, restorative postures, always focusing on what your body truly needs in the moment. Private movement helps you:

Private sessions take place inside your home or virtually via Zoom.

That is completely up to you, your goals, budget, and schedule. I work with most of my students on a weekly basis, however - I am open to working with a schedule that fits your needs.

At minimum - please have your own yoga mat. I will bring props to use, however you are welcome to purchase your own. I use frequently: yoga block, blanket, bolster and fitness/birth ball.

Movement sessions are typically 75 minutes long, however I do make exceptions for shorter sessions depending on clients needs.

I recommend booking a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance.
