Current Offerings - Spring 2018
Hello and welcome!!!
If you are new to yoga classes with me, welcome! If you are a returning student, hello! I wanted to share an update on classes and offerings. If you are a past student, you may have noticed that classes have been changed to a six week session format. Don't worry, this won't affect your existing package. Below are the current classes and workshops:
Prenatal Yoga
You have three tracts to choose from when choosing prenatal yoga classes:
- 6 week session
- Unlimited Prenatal Yoga Package
- Drop-in classes
I encourage all my students to attend class at least once a week to receive the maximum benefits of a prenatal yoga practice. Yoga is not only a physical exercise, but will help you prepare mentally for childbirth and parenthood.

Prenatal Yoga Packages
Premium prenatal yoga packages were created for the mom who knows she wants the ultimate relaxed pregnancy experience and transition into parenthood with ease. Choose from:
- Unlimited Prenatal Yoga $99 - start anytime and join any class!
- The Nurtured Mom $245 - includes four private sessions (prenatal or postnatal), Unlimited Prenatal Yoga and Partner Prenatal Yoga.
Partner Prenatal Yoga
Connect with your baby and partner during this two hour Partner Prenatal Yoga Workshop. This workshop combines discussion, yoga, comfort measure techniques, and meditation.
Friday, May 11th from 6-8pm

Mindful Moms Meditation
Sometimes you need a recharge! Mindfulness is a known technique to help reduce stress and anxiety. Start living more presently and join us for Mindful Moms Meditation the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. *You do not need to be a mom to attend.
