Mom and Baby Yoga FAQ
I know you have a lot to think about as a new mom! Here are some frequently I receive about Mom and Baby Yoga.
What is Mom and Baby Yoga? Mom and Baby Yoga is a postnatal yoga workout that you do with your baby. Babies can hang out on the rug adjacent to your mat or you can setup baby next to your mat. Baby may also be incorporated in poses (up to mom's discretion).
When and where is Mom and Baby Yoga? Mom and Baby Yoga is held on Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. at Doulas of Las Vegas on 2298 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Suite 215.
How do I sign up? Classes are setup as six-week sessions. Early bird registration is $45 (receive a 35% savings) or $59.00 for regular pricing. Drop-in students are welcome to attend. For session dates - please visit the Mom & Baby Yoga page for latest updates.
What do I need to bring? Bring yourself and your baby. Mats, props and toys for baby are provided.
What if I am late? We are all on "mom time". If you are late arriving to class, please choose an open mat and join in once you are settled. If you need to leave early, please let me know before the start of class.
When should I join mom and baby yoga? Mom should be at least six weeks postpartum and cleared by her healthcare provider for physical activity.
How old does my baby need to be? There is no minimum age for baby. Class is geared for newborn to pre-walkers.
